10. Returns & Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your item, you may return it under the conditions below.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
- Products must be in original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
- Returns must include all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
Return Costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied.
- If a prepaid return label is provided, the cost will be deducted from your refund.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Restocking Fee
- A 20% restocking fee may apply for change-of-mind returns.

- Member pricing is applied based on your tier status at login. Pricing is not recalculated dynamically during a session.
- Upgraded benefits are always applied at next login.
- APOD (Australian Partners of Defence members) automatically qualify for Elite Member after confirmation of APOD membership.
- Trade access is for verified Australian businesses only.
- Misuse of membership may result in cancellation and legal action.
