Cable Free Video intercom and Access Control with Fanvil

We have successfully supplied a number of intercom and access control systems to customers using Akuvox intercoms.  Akuvox are suitable due to the cloud server that connects door stations / access control, indoor monitors, and the SmartPlus App.  This allows components to be in different locations or networks, as long as they can connect to the internet.

Fanvil are another brand that has been growing their list of cloud server connected intercoms.  Fanvil have always been known for their SIP compliant intercoms and phones, to the point where it was almost overwhelming to login and configure due to the many configuration settings and options.  This alone makes Fanvil the choice for integrating with SIP (VoIP) systems due to their standards compliance.

Fanvil have also been developing their own cloud server technology to provide easy configuration and plug and play installations.  Most of their popular intercoms now have updated firmware for cloud services, extending their usability and making them ideal for cable free systems.

Active Online Security have actively tested Fanvil with remote intercom over 4G LTE and can recommend these systems for installations where cabling is not viable or available.  We design and supply systems using Fanvil or Akuvox intercoms to provide video or audio intercoms for access control where previously they were unavailable.

These systems are suitable for remote properties (farms, parks, properties with long driveways), building sites, apartment buildings, homes, anywhere requiring a connected CCTV or Access Control solution where cabling is difficult or devices are on different properties or networks.  They also work perfectly for standard installs.

We design so that you own the system and the data without having to pay rent or subscription for the system.  There will be data charges through your mobile account and you can opt to pay for monitoring after the first year if you would like the security.
